The aim of the course is for judges to understand the issues underpinning the use of electronic evidence in the investigation, prosecution, and adjudication of cybercrime and cybercrime-enabled offenses in their jurisdiction. For delegates to apply their learning in the real world to enable the effective investigation, prosecution, and adjudication of cybercrime and cybercrime-enabled offenses in Commonwealth jurisdictions.
